Launch Okanagan is a registered charity dedicated to empowering vulnerable populations including low income individuals, newcomers, single parents, and people in recovery with the knowledge and tools to build financial resilience and achieve economic independence.
The Challenge
When Launch Okanagan pursued funding from the Advance Investor Education and Protection Grant, Executive Director Jennifer Robins wanted to clearly communicate the impact of their programs but needed expert guidance.
The Approach
Do Gooders stepped in to provide end-to-end support. From the first conversation, we worked closely with Jennifer to understand Launch Okanagan’s mission and the difference their programs make.
Together, we shaped a compelling strategy, framed the application to highlight need and outcomes, and crafted a full grant proposal that told Launch Okanagan’s story persuasively.
The Outcome
The result was a $37,000 award from the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), unlocking opportunities to expand programs, provide more personalized support, and strengthen regional presence.

Looking Ahead
